INITIATION of pole vault with Maria RIBEIRO high sportives and CEO of PERFE'O
The thuesday 15 october we went to the complex sportif of L'ILE DES VANNES at L'ILE SAINT DENIS where we have joint Maria RIBEIRO champione of Pole Vault and CEO of PERFE'O for an initiation.
When we meet Maria RIBEIRO the thuesday 3 september the profesor and her we can organized a clase of pole vault.
We start by installation of jumper.
After we warmed up and Maria we gave us the pole and Ilias has the pole of Maria RIBEIRO used for the competition and he is very happy.
She showed us how to hold the pole.
We continued by manipuating our poles then jumps in the sand. PHOTO
She we explain the play of hand which consists in holding the pole more in order togain height during our jump.
At each successful jump we could increase by two hand.
We passed on the jumper where we played games.
